Jim Marco's Stroke Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Jim Marco, our friend, partner, brother, family member, grandpa with the big heart and overflowing courage, has suffered a second stroke while living on his boat in Fiji, and now needs your help to recover and return to his adopted home/community in Fiji. Jim has lived on his boat for 10 years in Fiji, on a shoe string of his very small Social Security check. It is probably the only country where he can afford to live on his small income, but what he may lack in income is more than made up for by the huge heart and soul of the community of Fijians, who have taken him into their hearts and consider him their brother and family member. Jim has managed to manifest a community and home that reflects his own huge heart.

While Jim is here in the U.S. recovering his abilities to walk, speak, see clearly, and even swallow, write and use the computer, we would appreciate your help to pay for living expenses, medical bills, air flights, and to help support his Fijian caregiver, Poate. Poate found Jim on the boat after the stroke, got him to the hospital and stayed with him by his side for 3 weeks in the hospital, and is now here to continue providing care. We don't know how long Jim will be here, but it could be even 6 months, as he was here for 4 months 11 years ago following his first stroke.

Whatever you are able to contribute would be so appreciated! Let's empower Jim and enable him to return to his beloved home in Fiji!
