Jim Lawton Medical/Funeral Fund

It’s with great sadness to inform you that at 52 Years young, Jim Lawton has passed away on August 22, 2018.  Jim had been sick for the past few months with a sore throat and didn’t think much of it. When it got so unbearable, he went to the hospital and had been bounced around from one place to another due to exhausted insurance benefits for the year. This created hefty medical bills for multiple hospital stays. They were in the process of getting a full diagnosis but from what doctors have told them he had cancer, they were unsure of the full extent.  They were waiting on biopsy results when he unexpectedly passed away.  This is all on the heels of his loving wife of 25+years beating breast cancer one year ago. They were just starting to get back on their feet as she was out of work for the past 9 months.  Jim is survived by his mother, wife, three children and grandson.  Anything you can give to the family to help with the cost of his medical bills and funeral expenses will be very much appreciated. We thank you for opening your hearts and helping this family during this difficult time.
