Jim Hoffman Needs a New Heart

Jim has been in the hospital due to end stage heart failure. He is currently awaiting LVAD surgery and will be placed on the transplant list.  With this comes long stays in the hospital and high medical bills.

His loving wife has been traveling back and forth to the hospital while also caring for their children.  This couple would give anyone the shirt off their backs and never have asked for help.

Please help us raise money to relieve one less worry during this long battle he has ahead of him.
