Jim Conner Kidney Replacement Fund

Jim Conner is an Aflac associate that works for me (Layne Leeper).  Jim is a very polite, kind, and giving man who would never hesitate to help a stranger.  Jim has needed a Kidney Transplant for several years and finally got the call before Christmas to go in and get the transplant.  Jim had the transplant and is doing well but the bills are piling up for him and his family of four.  Jim has to go from Winamac to Indy twice per week for check-ups.  I am asking for your help in providing Jim with assistance so that he can insure that he gets the proper check-ups and medical procedures he needs to have a full recovery.
