Thank you for donating or even taking the time to hear my story. My name is Antianasha Wilson I am 19 and on my own. CPS took me away from my mother when I was 5 years old. I had 2 siblings at the time that were no older than 3 we all got separated and put in different homes we stayed in touch as much as we could. In July of 2007 my mother was murdered, she was only 21 at the time I never saw her after the day I was taken from her I never got to look at her or tell her I loved her she never saw her kids before she passed away. I started to act out at the foster home I was put into I wasn’t eating I didn’t talk I started to become what we call a troubled kid and disobedient. I put up a wall I felt like everything was ripped out of my chest. I never knew who my father was and still don’t till this day. I spent years hoping he would come find me or save me. After a couple of years I adjusted to my new life my foster parents took me in as there own which I will forever be grateful without them I wouldn’t have came this far. I decided I wanted to become a nurse After I went to college I was on my own it was all new for me. It was fun and exciting. The first week of college I met a young man Xzavious Baines we instantly connected we told each other our dreams and aspirations but something was off about him after a month he invited me to his room when I walked in I was surprised he had one top sheet on his bed and that was all he then told me he came to college on his own he was kicked out when he was only 16 and he dropped out of high school but he went on and got his GED and decided to go to college to reach his dreams. We then fell in love. When the corona virus happened we were moved to online classes me and him didn’t have a laptop or anything so we dropped our classes and decided to wait until campus opened back up. We worked and stayed in hotels and we then got us a car. When we were enrolling back into school we discovered dropping our classes hurt our GPA extremely we lost our financial aid and now have to pay out of pocket for our classes we have paid for his first class for the winter semester and now it’s my turn we are asking for any donation to help us pay for these classes. I am going to school to become a traveling nurse and he is a kinesiology major. Please help me reach my dreams and show everyone that it doesn’t matter where you start it’s about where you finish and I want to show my mother that she made someone special and she left a mark on this world before it took her .
