Help Nancy fight cancer

Let me start off by saying that we rarely ask for help financially. We are a prideful family but sometimes you need to just swallow your pride and ask for help. My mom has been an avid smoker nearly her whole life. We knew things were going downhill recently with her health. She had horrible back pain for the last 2 weeks and she thought it was from working a lot. After an EKG, 2 x-rays, 2 CT scans, several MRIs and a few other tests, doctors found a tumor on my mom's spine. Spinal tumors typically come from lung cancer that has spread. They also found several "concerning masses" on both of her lungs. The oncologist has told us she has Stage 4 metastatic lung cancer on both lungs. The prognosis of lung cancer at this stage isn't good. Since the cancer has clearly spread, there isn't much they can do for her. She started radiation today and will have 9 more treatments to shrink the tumor on her spine to relieve her pain. Then she will undergo chemotherapy to try to prolong her life. This will be extremely rough on my mom as she is already weak and severely unhealthy at the moment. Our goal is to get her as healthy and strong as possible the next few weeks so she can handle the chemotherapy. My parents are selling our house to be able to afford all of the expenses  during this difficult time. They have numerous medical bills and other expenses coming up so I'm asking anyone who has something as little as $5 to spare to help if you can. My mom has a long road to recovery infront of her and we need all the help and support we can get. Thanks, The Maleks.
