I have decided against my better judgment to reach out here again! I left my original post below. Here is my current truth:
I tried very very hard to reconcile! I tried many times! We did counseling, many times, we tried date nights, we tried audio books, we tried all sorts of stuff! And we keep ending in the same spot. I am in my own personal counseling to keep myself in check! I am continuously medicated,
As I have been for over 3 years for mild
Depression! 
It all seems to be a blame game as time goes on! We had our hearing, and we have another hearing July 13th so the judge can follow up on Olivia’s dads mental health! None of the judges orders have been followed, even after many attempts from myself! I offered the house in exchange for help with daycare and child
Support… but it seems that if I won’t fix our marriage then he will not pay daycare! I am struggling! Olivia and I have been out for almost a year! I have been supporting her 85% myself for this time. I just need help! I have used up my retainer already and need another one to get through this divorce. I fear for our future, but if I have legal help, I can have a bit more

My name is Lace Lindsey, I have a beautiful daughter named Olivia Monroe Lindsey. We recently left a toxic and emotional abusive situation as of July 3rd. I had married the love of my life, but unfortunately after our daughter was born things went south really fast. I decided to leave to save my daughter, to make sure that she never thinks it’s ok to be treated so terrible. My goal is to give her the best pieces of me, and I couldn’t do that married to someone who took their aggression out on us. We have found a lawyer but need help with the costs. I work full time at a great job, but after all my bills and daycare costs I am left with nothing extra. I am not a big fan of putting my business out in the world like this, but we need help this time.
