Hello,

Friends, Family and to the local community, I would first like to thank all of you for taking your precious time in reading this GO-FUND-ME account.

As some of you know, Lou, our mother/sister/aunt/cousin, and or friend has been having some major health issues lately.  For the past 2 years now she has been going in and out of the hospitals, attending multiple doctors appointments, and going through emotional heartaches and severe stress to her body.

Many of you guys may ask the question WHY?

My mom has been having issues in controlling her diabetes, which affects the kidneys greatly, and most importantly she has been diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis (Tissue Scarring of the Liver). For those who don't know, once diagnosed with that liver condition there is no cure, and eventually a replacement/ transplant will have to happen.

Just recently she has been rushed to the ER at Valley Medical Center, for she was having difficulty breathing, one thing lead to another, and emotions built up and she was in a critical condition, Doctor's were concerned and her immediate family was already thinking of the worse. She was then recommend to be expedited to UW Medical Center (#1 Hospital in the State of WA) where they accessed her condition, and was sent to the ICU (intensive care unit).

Upon the doctors finding they found, 2 Liters of bodily fluid in her chest cavity, which affected her ability to breath. It was as she was drowning from the inside. After extensive research from the medical staff and the specialized doctor, it was confirmed that her kidney is on the road to failure. The emotions in that room that day is hard to describe from her family who were expecting for the best, was told news that they didn't want to hear. But most importantly Lou's emotions, it was best describe as she wants to "GIVE-UP".

So what NOW?

Upon receiving the tragic news, the staff at UW took immediate action. They decided to start dialysis (filter the blood) to help with the kidneys and wants to expedite all precautions to finally do a transplant, not just for the liver but also the kidneys. Today marks the 1st day of dialysis and her family and herself remain hopeful, and pray for the best. She will remain at the hospital till further noticed.

How can I Help?

I write to you, the audience to send your warm regards in what is going on with her, she is always open for visits, and more than happy to set up a time where you can visit her. As time goes by medical bills accrued and is very difficult to keep up with. We ask you for your GENEROSITY IN DONATIONS, but most importantly your PRAYERS!

Please stay tuned to this page, were updates on her condition will be posted, and see how much closer she gets to the "PERFECT MATCH"

Thank you again for your time,

GOD BLESS!
