Hi, my name is Kim Schoene and I am raising money to stop organized child abuse in the state of Oregon.
My personal battle is against corrupted state agencies, dirty cops, and our legal system that continues to break the law and get away with it. I am fighting not only for my own safety, but also for Oregon’s most vulnerable population, the children.
My story started when I discovered a pattern of physical evidence, bruising, on the child of my previous partner. The child’s father and I were extremely concerned, and therefore we did what we were told to do - report it to DHS. Since the child physically lived with their mother, and we shared custody, we knew he wasn’t receiving these injuries under our care. In addition, the child reported disturbing and distressing accounts of abusive treatment in the other home.
Despite meticulous record keeping, visits to doctor offices and psychologists, and outcries to government agencies for help for this little boy, NO ACTION was taken by DHS. Instead, they decided it would be easier to silence ME. In a strange twist, I went from trying to save this precious child, to being embroiled in a huge legal battle to save my name, my reputation, and my future.
DHS decided that it would be better to silence me, than to save this child. Who, is still in the home where the abuse is happening. This ongoing legal battle is now in its second year. Two years of expensive lawyers, intimidating letters to stop reporting the abuse, false allegations against ME - all because I was trying to save a child who needed help.
I truly believe that this is happening all over the United States.
Organized “child abuse,” or when a state agency that is supposed to protect children DOES NOT, hurts society as a whole. I am personally a victim of a “conspiracy” by the child welfare protection agency in a small town in Oregon. This agency decided to fight me rather than pursue the reports of repeated black eyes, body bruising, and allegations of possible sexual abuse to this young boy.
Rather than pursue the claims and protect this child, the local system turned against the person who reported it to protect their peers and preserve agency reputation. They are guilty of covering-up the child abuse, and even illegally erased criminal records of the child abuser to cover their tracks. Not only am I in a fight to clear my name, and save that little boy still in danger, but now I am also on a mission to bring a local system, which is highly corrupted, to justice.
My ultimate goal is to start a nonprofit to help others in my position. I have begun the process, and I can’t wait to share that with you once we roll out later this year. Until then, I am in desperate need for funds to help fight this case and assist with nonprofit start-up funds.
Won’t you please help me fight injustice in Oregon? Let’s stop organized child abuse and neglect. My nonprofit which will go live in August, aims to change current laws to better help protect the children, make the state agencies accountable for their actions through transparency, and keep them from hiding documentation until they are sued, which is very costly. I want to champion equal access to justice.
Won’t you please help me fight child abuse? Thank you for your support.
