Just yesterday, I watched my childhood home erupt in flames less than a few hours. My Tuesday afternoon seemed at ease, but by 7 p.m. the sound of my brothers despair traveled to my room. As I opened my door, I could see & smell the smoke. Soon, a simple electrical fire would claim our generation home of 50 years. Now, my family of four still sits on the stepping stones of displacement. Our family is thankful for everyone's condolences and loving support during this very difficult times.
