Tim's Kilimanjaro Challenge

As I set challenges for myself in my physical and emotional recovery, I decided to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa this August.  This mountain is the \'Roof of Africa\' and is the highest peak on the continent at 5,895 meters (or 19,341 feet).  It is non-technical but will take 6 or 7 days.  So that should be a bit of a challenge.

I\'m going as part of a group of volunteers and supporters of the Red Sweater Project (http://www.redsweaterproject.org).

There\'s a lot of training that I need to do between now and August and I know that I\'ve got your support.  In addition, if you want to donate in support of my climb, all funds will be donated directly to the Red Sweater Project and the work that needs to be done for the first class of students this September.

I\'ll keep you updated about this climb through this page.  Thank you for your love and support!
