It is my privelage to begin this Go Fund Me for my long time friend Rasynda Hilliard (McFarland) to help cover her upcoming medical bills.
In the past year, Rasynda has suffered from a multitude of health issues that have been progressively getting worse. Rasynda and her family were not able to get a clear diagnosis on why or what was causing all of her painful health problems. A few weeks ago, Rasynda suffered from a few mild seizures and her doctors were finally able to find the root cause after giving her an MRI. She was diagnosed with low grade glioma, a malignant brain tumor, located within the left frontal lobe of her brain. Rasynda will be having brain surgery to remove the tumor on January 6th at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and will conduct further testing to find out if the cancer has spread anywhere else throughout her body. Rasynda is a stay at home mother of four amazing children and as you can imagine, this procedure as well as ongoing testing and chemotherapy/radiation, will be extremely costly.
