Ever since my first time at Green Monkey in Miami Beach, my yoga practice has grown stronger everyday. Now, two years later, yoga has changed my life! My perspective as an individual, my career path as a professional, and my relationships with others have taken a turn for the best.

As a CrossFit coach, I've had the opportunity to help HUNDREDS of people change their life. I understand what it takes to make a physical and mental shift, and I want to be able to take my knowledge and bring the entire yoga experience to others.
