Hi my name is Carolyn. The photos of Chester when he was well. He contracted AKI which is a kidney disease which is very serious. He is currently having fluids to get rid of his toxins at the vets. This could take days before the fluids work. We are insured but unfortunately it’s not enough to cover the cost. We took Chester to Langford Veterinary Hospital yesterday, he may be in for 3-4 weeks. We were advised that cost could go up to £8,000 for his treatment.

An update on Chester, he is still poorly but is slowly improving, he has started to eat small portions thankfully without being sick. He still has a long way to go as recovery is a long process.
