Jewish family unable to make rent
This Gofundme was created for a very close friend of mine and her family who wish to remain anonymous. My friend and her family are all incredible, kind, and caring people who are currently in need of our help due to job loss because of the pandemic. They were unable to make their rent this month and they recently received an eviction notice letting them know that they have a month to either make the rent or find a different place to live.
Coronavirus as we know, has put many out of work and left them unable to make ends meet. During these times I believe that we are presented with an especially important mission of helping out those in need. For those of us who are fortunate enough to not feel the financial implications of the pandemic as strongly as others, we need to make sure we take care of our community and help those in need.
My friend has made the decision to move into a smaller place to try to cut expenses, but, until the workforce is up and running at full capacity again, they sadly can't make rent anywhere. This is why I have set the goal at $6,200, to cover rent along with a few other necessities like water, electricity and groceries. All proceeds will of course go directly to this family.
Please consider helping these incredible individuals. They are truly some of the most giving people and if the situation were reversed they would be the first to help a struggling family out.
Thank you so much. Anything helps!
