Jett Bologna Medical Fund

Jett is the youngest of 3 boys, and is just about the happiest little guy you'll ever meet. Jett turned 4 on March 11th and days later was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. His Mom, my cousin, thought she was just taking him to the doctor for cold like symptoms and was immediately transferred to Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. Nonetheless, their entire world was turned upside down.

Jett has been going through the longest,  most extensive, and exhausting road of his life.  His Mom has not left his side, but there are so many things that still have to be taken care of with 2 other boys to look after, bills to pay, and now Jett's medical bills.  Jett has had multiple surgeries, chemo treatments, and tests, all which are very costly, and his treatments are not over. Jenna is a single mom who is giving it her all to make ends meet for her boys, but is unable to work due to Jett's illness.
