At 4pm on Nov 15,2017 my brother had aneurysm followed by stroke. He's an immigrant and sadly he wasn't able to be a part of the dream act commitee. He has two boys, one is 12 years old and the other boy just turned 1. My brother is a hard worker and a loving father, brother, son, and husband. Anything will help. Since he isn't a citizen he doesn't have life insurance or any kind of health care. At the moment he is under an emergency health care with the california hospital. Due to the aneurysm and the stroke he has a 33% chance to live, aside from that he is in the second to last stage of becoming brain dead. If you don't know, once you become brain dead you have a 0% chance to survive. Whether he survives or not we would have many expenses. We would really appreciate anything and everything.
