My name is Jesus Munoz I am a 33 year old boy born in Puerto Rico but currently 4 years ago I live in Rochester NY. On November 4 I had a biopsy in the area of ​​the tongue, because I got a ball, as soon as November 7, Dr. Fontanarosa Cancer specialist communicates with me and gives me the terrible news that the biopsy It came out positive, that I have Cancer on the tongue. I had a CT Scan with contrast to verify that the Cancer is not run to another part of the body and thanks to God everything went well. By December 3 I have my surgery scheduled to remove the carcinogenic side, due to it I have to be 3 weeks off. '' Update '' The surgery was successful, I will be taking speech therapy and nutrition. In the month of January they will begin to give me Radiation, although all the Cancer was removed, Dr wants to make sure that I do not return, since the cancer that I was detected is very aggressive and can return. Me hicieron un CT Scan con contraste para verificar que el Cancer no se halla corrido a otra parte del cuerpo y Gracias a Díos todo salio bien. Para el 3 de Diciembre tengo programada mi cirugía para extirpar el lado cancerígeno, debido a la misma tengo que estar 3 semanas de descanso. '' Update'' La cirugía fue exitosa, estaré tomando terapia del habla y nutrición. En el mes de enero aproximadamente comenzarán a darme Radiación, aunque me removieron todo el Cáncer el Dr quiere asegurarse de que no vuelva, ya que el cáncer que me detectaron es muy agresivo y puede regresar.
