Jessica's Healing Surgery

Hi Friends from around the World!
Although it feels super weird to this time open up, and ask for help not for a dog a neighbor or a friend in need, but for myself, this is a big step I am taking towards my overall healing and I really need your help.  
As Some of you already know I've been dealing for many years with something called multiple uterine miomas , meaning I have a bunch of benign tumors in my uterus, some the size of an orange.  All this time, unsuccessfully  I've tried all sort of diets and holistic remedies, only to  find now that they have grown and multiplied even more this year, making my life really miserable, forcing me to almost interrupt completely my yoga practice, affecting my personal relationships and my overall health and self confidence. ( I constantly battle with Iron defficiency, pain and hormone imbalance.)
Saving more details for private conversations, and after chickening out of a while, I finally found courage and a doctor that gives me confidence and I have  booked a  surgery to remove this problem for good here in Costa Rica by the end of this month. Even though is a lot cheaper than USA, because I waited so long, the price is a little higher than what I can afford at this time, and that's where I need your help. 
I am forever grateful for any help you can share for my healing journey.
