Jessica Soto Family Expense Fund

Jessica and her husband Richard were driving home on a date nightout when they were struck by a drunk driver heading the wrong way on Freeway East 198 in Hanford CA. The driver struck their car headon killing Jessica and sending her husband to the hospital in Critical Condition. Jessica and her Husband recently got married this past summer.
