In Loving Memory of Jessica Rodriguez

With a heavy heart, I am sad to say that Jessica Rodriguez has passed away as a result from an accident.  On the afternoon of Friday, August 23 Jessica and her daughter Roxana were walking home from the park when they were hit by a truck while crossing the street. While Roxana only suffered minor injuries due to Jessica’s motherly instinct to save her daughter. Jessica passed away the morning of Saturday, August 24. 

In memory of Jessica, a Support Fundraiser has been opened for Mauricio, Luis and Roxana to assist with medical expenses and funeral costs. 

No matter the size of the contribution or even if you are unable to contribute monetarily, we ask that you please continue to keep your thoughts and prayers with Mauricio, Luis and Roxana  and Jessica’s family during this extremely painful period.  

The family is going through a very difficult time in their lives. Not too long ago the Rodriguez family lost Elena  (Jessica’s mother) after a 2 year battle with cancer.
