Jessica Packer

Hi all, Jessica Packer here, I'm 23 and confined to a powered wheelchair as I have cerebral palsy. The reason for this gofundme page is we need a new wheelchair accessible vehicle as our current one that we have had for 15 yrs is now 34 yrs old and needing loads of work done to it. We have found a newer vehicle but that is already modified, we have half the funds needed but are short $20,000.  Unfortunately modified vehicles are not cheap to purchase and we are limited on choices.
Having a reliable vehicle is so very important as we live in the Riverland south Australia where transportation is not readily available. I attend day options regularly, however I still feel that I am unable to have the freedom to live a full active and sociable lifestyle in which I am hoping for. In the future I would love to be able to go out for tea, attend concerts and possibly have a holiday away like other people would my age.
We are trying to raise funds through car boot sales and hopefully a bake sale soon too.
