Dear Family and Friends,
I hope you are well. Many of you are familiar with the custody modification case that has now been ongoing for over 15 months. At this point, nothing as been resolved and we are going to trial.
The estimated fees to move forward with the trial would be around $10000-$15000. Unfortunately, I have depleted my retirement account and I am up to my eye balls in debt. Since there is no guarantee that I would be rewarded legal fees, I do not feel comfortable taking a personal loan from anyone. To be blunt, I am desperate. Any amount you are able to donate is appreciated and would help immensely.
