My daughter Jessica is in need of some help. Please see the words my daughter Kristina wrote below.  It's a good description of what Jessica and my family is dealing with right now. Thank you in advance for any donations, even the smallest amounts add up:

For those of you who are not aware, my sister Jessica was assaulted by a man while over at her friends house. She was beat up so badly that she wound up going by ambulance to the emergency room with multiple broken bones, including 4 broken vertebrae in 5 different places, a broken wrist and a broken foot, along with many other scrapes and bruises. She was released from the hospital yesterday, but has a long road to recovery. She will be out of work for at least 2 months as she has to wear a back brace at all times and she needs help with pretty much everything. The medical bills are piling up and her insurance (as we all know) only covers so much. Her boss was kind enough to say her job will be held for her, but she is out of leave and will be hard pressed to pay her bills. I would love for her to be able to concentrate on healing and not have to worry about the money side of things. She had never laid eyes on the man who did this to her, until the moment he assaulted her. I know there are a lot of questions about the crime that occurred, but it is an ongoing investigation (that I am not a part of due to the fact that she is my sister and it would be a conflict of interest. Rightfully so. Marion county sheriff's office is handling the investigation). My basic understanding is that an argument led to this and the man who did it has left town. He specifically came over to the house to do what he did. He was not even involved in the argument. He decided he needed to beat my sister up, having never met her, over an argument she had with his sister. No argument, no matter what is said, should EVER lead to this.
