Jessica & Keegan Faris

As some of you may or may not be aware, Keegan and Jessica Faris have endured a very difficult time.  Jessica and Keegan have 3 beautiful kids, Noah, Kinley, and a 3rd who was recently born at 30 weeks under dire circumstances.  To start at the beginning, Jessica was diagnosed with a pancreatic tumor, September 2017.  At this time she was air lifted to Dallas where doctors felt she would get the kind of care she needed.  The tumor was removed and after several weeks in the hospital, Jessica came home to recover.  She was admitted once again, to the hospital June 29th, 2018.  Pregnant and in extreme pain, the doctors were limited in what they could do to help her.  After 10 days in the Amarillo hospital, Jessica's condition was not resolving.  On July 6th, she was airlifted by Fixed Wing Flight to Dallas to seek further treatment options while maintaining constant monitoring of the baby given her extreme condition and its impact to the baby.  Konrad Faris made his debut earlier than they'd hoped on July 16th via emergency c-section.  He was only 30 weeks and immediately taken to NICU where he remains to this day.  The wonderful news is that he is strong and doing well.  Jessica continues to recover from both her c-section and pancreatitis. She was released from the Dallas hospital after many weeks and is now at the Ronald McDonald House while healing and staying near Konrad.

Keegan used every bit of available time off he has and has been forced to go back and forth each week to work and take care of Noah and Kinley while Jessica and the baby remain in Dallas.  Keegan is doing an awesome job and has been such a strong support system for them all.  He made sure Kinley had a successful first day of kindergarten, hair fixed and all. :)  He has been doing double duty, working and taking care of the kids while Jessica has fought hard to heal and be with her new baby son every minute she is able.  The time apart has been a struggle that most of us cannot imagine ~ Jessica separated for so long from her 2 kids at home and Keegan from his new son and wife.  They have been through an incredible ordeal but have remained positive and hopeful.

It has been 10 weeks and counting of medical attention and hospital stays.  NICU, the med flight, surgeries past and possibly to come....have all amounted to a seemingly impossible mountain of expenses.  And the end is not yet near.

We, as their family, are asking for prayers, positive energy, or anything you want to contribute.  There is no donation, be it prayers or monetary, that is insignificant.  Any and all are appreciated deeply.  We thank you for allowing us to share with you.  We cannot wait to see them all reunited at home and in good health!
