Jesse's life saving CTEPH operation

Donation protected
Hey all,  I'm hoping you can assist with a few dollars for a great dude. My buddy Jesse Sullivan is married and a father to two sweet and loving five year old twins. All he talks about is being able to pick up and hold his daughter, Emma, and to teach his son Evan to play baseball in th future. Unfortunatly, on April 30th 2017,  he was rushed to the emergency room for shortness of breath, debilitating fatigue, and barely conscious. The hospital was quickly able to determine he had eight blood clots in his pulmonary artery and an enlarged heart on the right side with high pressures. After 6 months of various treatments and tests, Jesse was confirmed with a diagnosis of CTEPH. Jesse's physician explains it best "Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) is a rare and often fatal form of elevated blood pressure in the lungs resulting from a blood vessel that has been blocked by a clot for a long period of time." This condition also strains the right side of the heart and causes extreme fatigue and shortness of breath, which limits him from doing all of the normal activities he's used to doing with the kids, like taking them to the park, riding bikes, going to the shore, and sleigh riding. This is breaking his heart more than anything. Jesse's recommended treatment is open chest surgery to remove the affected arteries. The surgery requires the heart to be stopped, his body chilled, the removal of the arteries, and then a restart of the heart. This rare disease is only treatable by a select few specialists, which is why Jesse needs to travel to Philadelphia for this procedure. Disability insurance from the state barely covers health insurance and the deductables for the procedure. The contributions will be used to provide for his family during his recovery as he will be out of work. Everything from housing, food, school supplies for the kids, rehabilitation, and other medical expenses. Jesse's physicians want to get him into surgery ASAP, as early as February 2018.  Any contribution amount is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use, so thank you for taking the time to read this and for helping my good friend get through this difficult time. Your help means a lot. Dont be cheap!! xoxox Brian
