Our good friend Jesse James Chavis has passed away. Jesse was more than a friend to so many in the horse racing and rodeo communities. Many viewed Jesse as one of their own. With his infectious laugh, love of life and his awesome talent on a horse, it was easy to love Jesse. We were all floored to hear of his passing on February 8th, 2015. He was 28 years old and grew up in his hometown of Monroe, UT. Up until this point, Jesse had been living in Louisiana living his dream of being a prominent jockey.
We're looking for a helping hand to transport Jesse back to Utah to be laid to rest by his family. Along with transportation, your donations will go towards the final cost of the funeral. Big or small, any donation will help with this cause.
Let us remember all the good times we've shared with this amazing individual. We love you Jesse! RIP.
