A family in dire need

Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at this request. I am the father of six children who range between 19 and 6. I just finished up a divorce and I have the children. But, with them, came the family debt, lawyer fees and other financial concerns. I gladly took it on in order to save my kids and keep the family together.
I am an honorably discharged vet of the U.S. Navy. I served in the mid 80's. I was a mason by trade and worked in construction for about 20 years. I currently am employed at a dog food manufacturing company, but have been suffering though a back injury since Feb 2014, and have been out from work since mid-November 2014.
This by its self would be overcome, but the back injury is in addition to my 9 other surgeries I have had. Seven of which were on my knees and feet. Some were job related to my construction days. I am in constant pain, and am not able to work consistently any longer. In Feburary of 2015, I suffered a heart attack, so now until I finish my cardiorehab I can't even think about going back to work. I am asking for your help, to be able to overcome the debt that is dragging us down, and enough to help us get by, while I attempt to get healthy, go back to school for re training and finish a degree.
I would like to humbly thank you for your consideration of my request and any help at all would be going to help rescue a family in dire financial constraints.
