Help Jerry smile again

Jerry was diagnosed with cancer in his right lower jaw last fall and  the entire lower right jawbone was removed. Now 6 months later (in early May), he is facing another 8 hr. surgery to implant part of the small bone in his left  leg (tibia) to make a new jawbone. Then, in another six months (we hope early November) they will be able to implant new teeth along the right jawline and across the front.
Medicare payed for the first surgery but will not pay for the upcoming procedures. They are labeling it cosmetic surgerry.
The Drs. estimate the cost to be between $16,000 - $20,000. As retires living on Social Security and small pensions, we don't have that kind of money available. If you ca help us, even $1.00 would help, we will be for ever thankful. If we receive more than we need, we will pay it forward to someone else who needs help with medical expenses.
