Jerry Paquette

Over the summer Jerry Paquette contracted a rare form of Legionaires Disease, the doctors are referring to as Legionella Pneumonia.  By the time he realized this was not walking Pneumonia or a common cold and checked himself into a hospital, his body had already been fighting the infection for some time.  His organs had started to shut down to preserve oxygen and blood flow to the brain.  Doctor's at Elliot Hospital had to put him into a medically induced coma to protect and preserve him and save his life.  Jerry was later airlifted to Boston, where he is getting the best medical care available to treat his condition.  Jerry is making a remarkable but slow recovery.  It is going to be a long road ahead for Jerry, but we all know he is strong and can get through this!  We created this account to hopefully put together a little money to help Jerry while he is getting back on his feet.  Money collected will go towards his medical expenses (prescriptions, co-pays, etc.), food, shelter, clothing, and other general needs to assist him during this difficult time.

We thank everyone for their concern and continued prayers and support for our Dad, Friend, Family, The Reverend, Jerry Paquette.
We all love him very much.
