<div>Hi, my name is Jerome Loach. I was wrongfully convicted of a crime I did not commit, and forced to serve 13 years. After a long court battle, the courts determined that I was wrongfully convicted. The courts further determined that the police committed  misconduct by  withholding  evidence of my innocence, and by misrepresenting evidence in violation of my constitutional rights. During the course of my incarceration I lost everything I had. My house, and my business (barber shop).
