Jeremy's Medical Help Fund

Jeremy is a wonderful person, always works very hard, he is honest, and would do anything for anyone. A few months ago, he developed a huge mass on the inside of his mouth along his bottom left jaw.  After many Dr. appointments and a final biopsy, they diagnosed it to be cancer. Jeremy has health insurance, but is not able to be consistent with his work hours due to chemo and radiation, so he doesn't always have a paycheck to pay his premium.  He is married and has 4 beautiful children and needs our help, not only for his medical bills and paying his health insurance premiums, but these funds will also help with food for his family, rent, electricity, etc. Any donation is appreciated and will be a great help to him and his family in this situation.
