Hillegonds, who left us on December 3, 2024, at the age of 45 &amp; now is with his little brother Jonathan in Heaven. Jeremy was a devoted husband to Nicole and a loving father to Gianna &amp; Dominick. His charm and warmth touched everyone who knew him, making him a cherished friend, a dedicated family man, and a beloved community member.
