Jeremy passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 42. Wake will be held in the chapel of Conley Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Raymore, Saskatchewan, Canada on Sunday December 3, 2017 at 5 pm. Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 4 at 10 am in the same location.
A Gofundme page has been set up by the funeral home to take donations on behalf of the family to help with Jeremy’s funeral expenses. Any amount is appreciated and will go to help Shannon and son Dom in their time of need.
