Jeremy and Andrew's tracking system

Jeremy and Andrew are two brothers that were born with a genetic disorder, Muscular Dystrophy, their disease has progressed to a point where they can no longer assist in their own care.  They are very close to being bedbound. Since they have reached the stage in this process where family and friends are not enough to get them in and out of bed. They now need a lifting system to keep them as independent as possible, to get them out of bed to get to the bathroom and shower, and into their wheelchairs.   The system that is crucial in making any of this possible cost over $29,000.
The family, which consists of Jeremy and Andrews parents and their 23 year old brother, Jesse  take care of the boys not only financially, but physically and emotionally on their own. This tracking system is an unexpected but extremly important appartus needed to lift the boys on a daily basis.  As you can imagine there is a lot more to their difficult journey but for now what is crucial and of utmost importance is keeping them as mobile as possible.  
We, their extended family, are reaching out to their friends and our friends to help them in this time of overwhelming need.  This tracking system is a huge unexpected cost that if we can help offset the cost it would have an insurmountable positive effect on all of their daily lifes.  Note that the Moore's pride would not allow themselves to initiate this fundraiser. Rather, it is our collective pride in our family and our love for the boys that motivated us to make this effort.  Thank you in advance for any contribution you are able to give.
