Jeremiah "Jerry" Hughes was diagnosed with leukemia on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, a little over two months after his 18th birthday. On Friday, October 9, Jeremiah was admitted to UVA to begin his battle against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Because Jeremiah is 18, he is not eligiable for "Make a Wish," so a "Go Fund Me" is the perfect way to help out his family.
When I asked Jerry what it was he wanted, he said, "I just want you to help my family out with the bills." The next three years, Jeremiah will finish his senior year and start college, but the cancer treatments will continue.
Although the Hughes family has insurance, the co-pays, drives to Charlottesville and having to eat out are getting expensive.
Please help me cover this young man in prayer. Oh and if anybody has any ties to Donald Trump, he'd also like to have dinner at the White House.
