Jeremiah Mendez vs. Type 1 Diabetes

The time has come family, friends, and complete strangers. I have newly been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. That dirty chronic illness with no known cause or cure. Earlier this year I rapidly lost weight and found myself going to the bathroom every 15 minutes and ended up going to urgent care who quickly sent me to the emergency room who quickly rushed me into the intensive care unit for a week.  60 pounds lighter I found myself with a blood sugar level over 500 and my body was in Diabetic ketoacidosis. I work full time doing plumbing, electrical and maintenance work  yet the bills I've accrued have been overwhelming. I'm reaching out to all of you for some assistance if you can! My hair is literally falling out due to this autoimmune disease. My heart has weakened. I've tried my best thus far to pay off what has come and I've reached a max. Remember if I actually happen to reach this goal I guarantee to all of you I will live for at least 20 more years (and if i fail to do that then if you donate you are personally invited to my funeral by yours truly). Unlike most gofundme's where the person wants to stay humble and not pressure you to donate I actually am highly pressuring you!
