Jeramiah knee surgery

Jeramiah needs a full left knee reconstruction, He done it in a club game on the 20/08/2017. We are hoping to raise the money for him to get the surgery done in the next 4 weeks. He will also need 4-6 months rehabilitation form the date of surgery. Jeramiah won't be able to play another game of rugby league until this is done. Rugby league is my son's life. He is on a school scholarship and just recently he was picked for the under 16 QLD Tongan side. Witch he can no longer play. Every dollar will go to my son getting his surgery and his rehabilitation.
