Jenny’s Fight for a Diagnosis

My sister, Jennifer has been through everything imaginable for the past 18 months in search of a diagnosis.  After seeing 14 doctors and specialists of all kinds,(both in and out of our area),  and after undergoing 6 procedural biopsies, and a recent surgery, we believe we are finally on the right path.  Jen has also been to the Emergency room and Urgent care facilities more than 10 times
over the course of the past year.  This has resulted in excessive medical expenses, travel costs, copays, charges for special types of bloodwork, scans, examinations and medications, some of which were not covered by insurance.  Jen is now seeing a particular specialist in the Philadelphia area, and we believe they have finally been able to diagnose her with an infectious disease and autoimmune deficiency that is extremely rare.  We are asking for any help, even the smallest donations can help to defray all of the medical costs Jen has incurred.  Thank you in advance for any support you can give, as we are sincerely grateful to all of you from the bottom of our hearts.
