<div>You may know Jenn Granneman as the founder of <em>IntrovertDear.com</em>, the co-founder of <em>Highly Sensitive Refuge</em>, the author of <em>The Secret Lives of Introverts,</em> and the co-author of <em>Sensitive. </em>Jenn's creative, insightful online presence is what I knew of her for many years.

<div>But after we connected in person, I quickly learned that Jenn is also a vibrant explorer of life; an adoringly attuned mother; a caring daughter; and a fantastic friend! She is not only an expert on introverting and highly sensitive people, but she's also a very real human – with very real human challenges.

<div>Jenn was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer in November of 2024. At this time, the tumor is too large to remove, and the cancer has spread to some lymph nodes. She will be undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, and major surgeries throughout 2025.
