Jennifer Needs Your Help

Jennifer Bravoco-Phillips was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Christmas Day

After hosting Christmas Eve dinner, and in severe pain from what she thought was pink eye that she caught from her kindergartener, Jennifer went to the hospital on Christmas morning with the hope of getting medication.  The day, unfortunately, took a turn for the worse when she was diagnosed with several brain tumors (Meningioma), one the size of a baseball.

At age 4, Jennifer was diagnosed with Leukemia and after several years of treatment at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, she was one of the few lucky children to go into remission and beat the disease.  For years she was the poster child for The American Cancer Society and gave hope to many children and their families.

Now at the age of 47, our sister faces another medical challenge.  Jenn is scheduled for an upcoming surgery to remove one of the tumors from her brain.  As you can probably imagine, it is extremely devastating for Jennifer’s husband, Jack, and her son, Andrew, to watch her face this health crisis.  Our entire family is beyond shocked and heartbroken by this news.

We are calling on the generosity of family, friends, neighbors and strangers to help our sister.  Our family’s main goal is to ensure that Jenn can get the necessary help needed to beat this disease.  Please give what you can and spread the word as the medical and rehabilitation bills are anticipated to grow day by day.  Every little bit helps as we begin this journey together in 2018.

Thank you in advance for your help, prayers, love and support.
