Jenna's Hospital Bill Fundraiser

Donation protected
Jenna is currently hospitalized for pneumonia* with COVID potential & is expected to stay through Friday, at least. That means that she'll be spending Christmas in the COVID isolation unit.

She's been sick since early November. At first, there were no major COVID symptoms just congestion & a cough, but due to a lack of financial means to afford insurance, Jenna chose to try & ride it out.
Her health worsened & 2 weeks later she started to have body aches & began self-quarantining. December 2nd, Lynne took matters into her own hands & made a doctor's appointment for her.

At that appointment, she was diagnosed with pneumonia & prescribed very strong antibiotics & an inhaler. The antibiotics caused her extreme nausea, making it difficult to eat anything & go about her daily activities.
She had a follow-up appointment on the 18th where the doctor ordered a chest X-ray, different antibiotics, & this time a steroid treatment. In spite of the treatment, she continued to worsen.
On the 23rd, she was taken to the hospital where after only having her walk from the front of the car to the back of the car they decided she needed to be admitted.

That brings us to the events of the last couple of days.
Jenna had a rapid & antigen* COVID test run on admittance. The rapid test came back as negative for COVID however, the results from the antigen test are currently pending.
Since admittance on the 23rd, she's also had an echocardiogram*, blood work, & been placed on IV antibiotics & diuretics.
What we know thus far is that she has double lower lobe pneumonia with the lower lobe about 1/3rd full, edema* around her lower legs, ankles, & feet, & a pericardial effusion*.

Her doctors also are seeing the potential of heart failure, potentially COVID-related & her cardiologist didn't like some of what he saw & has started her on a heart monitor. The doctors are also concerned about her liver numbers as well, which is also may be COVID-related.

We're asking for anything you can manage to help pay for these unexpected & extreme expenses. Below is the estimation of costs assuming that Jenna is able to come home on Saturday.
