On Thursday night, Sarah and Matt’s beloved rescue dog, Jelly, was tragically hit by a car. They rushed her almost two hours to the nearest emergency vet, where she was diagnosed with a herniated diaphragm. Surgery was her only chance, and though she survived the procedure, they received the heartbreaking call at 5 a.m. that she had passed away.

Jelly came from rough beginnings, but with Sarah and Matt she knew only love, comfort, and care. She was their world and now they’re left with broken hearts and a huge vet bill from trying to save her.
