Jellybean's Medical Fund
My name is Jellybean. 
I am a eight year old dorkie and I am in need of some urgent medical care.
I have two amazing parents that have been with me since I was a puppy. They would do anything for me. They are planning to get married in May and really want me to be in top health for the special day so we can enjoy the rest of our lives together.
I have been diagnosed with a Heart Murmer and blood work has shown there may be some major issues with my liver.
I am raising funds in order to get more testing and research I am in need of.
I am in need of more testing in order to get a better diagnoses. My parents took me in to get a couple lumps looked into and the Doctor is much more concerned about my heart and liver.
I also need some dental work done, the correlation between the health of my teeth and my heart are very closley realated.
In order to remove the lumps I had originally saw the doctor for, they need to see if my little body can handel the anesthetic for sugery. 
My parents have put all spending on hold and will not be funding the wedding until I am able to get all the help I need.
We are trying to be proactive about this diagnoses and are doing everything we can to stay positive.
I bring so much light to life and I am too young to let that light dim. My mom has struggled all her life with anxiety disorders and depression. I help make all those dark and scary feelings disappear.
I really want to be happy and healthy for the wedding next spring, I just need a little help. I would be ever so gracious.
