Jeff's Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund

My name is Keith Fraley and I work for Shell Oil in Houston, Texas. Jeff Mayhew is a valued contract member on my team and he has been severely, adversely impacted from Hurricane Harvey.

Jeff Mayhew is more than a talented member of our team within the Geomatics community in Shell he is a friend, a devoted husband and a dedicated father.

Jeff's whole life was forever changed during Hurricane Harvey. His house, 3 vehicles and countless artifacts and family heirlooms were lost during this storm.

As of today, September 5th, 2017 Jeff's house is still under water. He has not been able to get to his house. If it sits for too much longer the entire home will need to be raised. There is a 90% chance of this occurring.

Jeff was rescued by boat with his family and pets and all he has left are the clothes on his back.

As with so many in Houston, Jeff did not have flood insurance. He is at risk of losing everything he has worked his entire life for.

Jeff has four boys including two in college and the youngest one (Drake) with special needs just started kindergarten.

I am raising a fund of $25,000 to simply try and get Jeff back on his feet. He needs so much but this fund would at least enable him to keep his head above water with regard to finding new transportation for his family and paying for a house note on a home he can no longer live in.

Without this fund the reality of bankruptcy looms and I simply cannot let this happen without a fight.

In addition to financial support we are going to need man power to help Jeff sort through his house once the waters recede.

Anyone that knows me knows that I would not ask for funds if it was not absolutely critical.
