I need help!

I've been in pain due to biting my cheek from movement of incoming and impacted teeth. The dentist and oral surgeon say it's time to have my eight wisdom teeth pulled, and due to my age and decay, I need grafts to strengthen the bones. The co-pay is about $5,000. This comes at a very bad time. I lost of over 80k worth of work due to the pandemic, and it's just starting to trickle back in, so I'm short of monies to cover the co-pay.
