Jeff Threw-Funeral service fund

Donation protected
Early the morning of March 11th The Lord called our friend, our brother, and loving father, Jeffrey Scott Threw home to heaven.
He was in the presence of family–his fiancé of 18 happy years, Kathleen, his 8-year-old son, the family dog, Benson, and Marnie the cat. It was sudden, and unexpected, but ruled of natural causes.
“Our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” 2 Cor 4:17

Jeff was 51 years young, and is also survived by his adult son, father, mother and step-father, as well as older brother, sister-in-law, and three nephews.
Remembering Jeff
May all of us find peace in memories, and hold them close to our hearts. Memories of Jeff and his passion for culinary creation, which won him the status of Chili-Cookoff Champion; or enjoying some laughable moments playing cribbage and horseshoes with friends. We will always remember Jeff's sarcastic sense of humor, and how funny he was. He had a lust for life and a warm kindness that will live on as part of his legacy.
Some of us got to see him coach baseball, or enjoyed playing golf, or frisbee golf with him. Some can even remember playing high school sports together, or enjoying the cool breeze coming off the water while surfing as young men.
Jeff had a way of making every event a fun and memorable one. Even a hot summer day in the neighborhood could be made into something unusual and special–like that one time Jeff lined the bed of his truck with a tarp and filled it with water for the neighborhood kids to cool off in. Moments like these will live in our hearts forever, and will help us to embrace gratitude for the beautiful gift we were given–the opportunity of sharing Jeff's wonderful life with him.
“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” 2 Cor 4:17

Jeff valued his time with friends and family, and was a kind, sarcastic, funny man, and would do anything for anyone. No matter how short we feel life is, his legacy will live on with us, and we must treasure each memory as a blessing.
Why We Need Your Support
Because Jeff's passing was unexpected, he had made no final preparations. As a small business owner he also did not have insurance to cover the emergency medical response services. It seems as though the last thing we prepare for in life is death. Even though we would never wish the hardships that follow a death upon our family, there are few things that make preparing final services and moving on less-difficult.
Many of us who have lost loved ones know how expensive it is to lay them to rest, and how much work it is to continue moving forward. The last detail a grieving person should need to lose sleep at night over is finances.

Wouldn't it be great if we could give them a 'pass'?–Offer them a free service that coordinates all the final preparations, pays the medical bills that are yet to come, files the legal paperwork, and makes the difficult phone calls for the family, for free? This would gift them more time to mourn the loss of their loved one, find peace, and heal.
Money may not be able to buy happiness, or bring Jeff back to us, but it can help relieve some of the stress his family is feeling during this sad time. Help us provide some certainty by raising enough funds to support Jeff's final arrangements, and please continue to pray for strength and peace for all who are grieving.
