Hello,
My name is Jeff Snyder I am a single father of 3. On December 22, 2017 I was advised I needed surgery to remove a golf ball size tumor in my neck.
The longer I put off the surgery the risk of the tumor affecting the artery in my neck, throid and lymph nodes.
Surgery has been scheduled for January 24, 2018. I will be off work for 2-3 weeks with no income. I need to raise at least 1,000 dollars before they will even do the surgery.
The remaining 1,500 dollars will help pay the rent, utulities and food while I am out of work recovering.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated. No amount is to small. Thank you and God bless.
