Jeff Chuck Family Assistance

Jeff Chuck is in a tough fight in the ICU.  His awesome family is spending day and night with him and is going to have many unplanned expenses.  Let’s show our support by helping out with a monetary gift.   


I am  Pat Terhune, a college classmate of his who lives in Dayton, Ohio.  I am going to be giving the money to his parents so they can use it to defray the costs they are incurring to care for him while he is in the ICU and follow on treatment.   I will be presenting a check to his parents for the full amount raised each week and I will publish that total as I distribute it.  Thanks
