</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ich bin die Luna Emilia,
</div>
<div>41 Jahre alt,
</div>
<div>aus Schleswig-Holstein und eine Transfrau.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Ich musste schwerste psychische und physische Gewalt erfahren.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Die letzten 12 Monate waren absolut herzzerreißend.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Am 15.06. hatte ich die Voruntersuchung.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Wie du mir helfen kannst:</strong>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Medizinische Hilfsmittel, Klinik-Aufenthaltsausstattung &amp; Zuzahlungen (ca. 500 €)
</div>
</div>
<div>Den Erhalt meines Haarteils (ca. 250 €)
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In tiefer Hoffnung und Dankbarkeit,
</div>
<div>Eure Luna

<div>___
</div>
<div>ENGLISH:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello everyone, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who takes the time to look at this appeal and read my story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Luna Emilia,
</div>
<div>41 years old,
</div>
<div>from Schleswig-Holstein, and I am a trans woman.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am on the verge of the final, liberating surgical procedure—after many years filled with agony, pain, and deprivation. Today, out of sheer desperation and at the same time with great shame, I am turning to you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In recent years, I have been brutally punished merely for existing: social exclusion, the loss of my closest confidant, my child, my family, old friends, and my job. I have had to endure the most severe psychological and physical violence. I was beaten and abused just for demanding my right to a happy and self-determined life—a right that we all share.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The fact that I survived all of this is thanks to therapy, the victim support organization Weisser Ring, and the few people who still stand by me. As far as my family is concerned, there is no help—I have been completely disowned.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The last 12 months have been absolutely heartbreaking. Time and again, I found myself in dire straits, but with my own drive and the help of my closest friends, I somehow made it through. Medical matters, however, are a single, soul-crushing battle with health insurance and bureaucracy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For instance, I wear permanent hair thickening (a human hairpiece sewn into my main hair). The installment payment for this is €125 per month, and the maintenance and readjustment every 4 weeks costs €120. Since I live at the subsistence level, my hair has not been maintained for 8 weeks now. It is slowly detaching, no longer has any hold, and with it, I am losing my last shred of dignity. To make matters worse, my phone and internet connection will be cut off in the coming days, as the installment payments have collapsed due to the many financial blows. I will then be completely isolated from the outside world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And now time is running out: <strong>My surgery is in exactly 30 days, on July 20, 2026!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On June 15, I had my pre-examination.
</div>
<div>In order to be approved for the procedure at all, I had to reach a strict weight goal. I fought like a lioness: under permanent pain and stomach cramps, I lost 13.5 kg in just 27 days. I am doing everything I can to finally be allowed to live my life. If the procedure has to be postponed now, I face an additional waiting time of 1 to 1.5 years. However, my level of suffering is barely bearable anymore, and my condition worsens with every passing day with this curse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>But the costs surrounding the surgery are pushing me to the brink:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The health insurance company declares the vaginal dilators prescribed by the clinic to be "medical aids" and refuses coverage—I have to pay for them myself despite having a prescription (€70).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I lack the simplest things for the clinic, such as pajamas or a medically necessary donut cushion (sitting ring).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The statutory co-payment for the 4 to 6-week stay is up to €300. My entire aftercare is in acute danger.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A massive problem is the journey back: After leaving the clinic, I absolutely cannot travel by local public transport. Even the return trip from the pre-examination on Tuesday took an unacceptable 24 hours with the Deutschland-Ticket—including 5 hours of freezing at 6 degrees Celsius in the middle of the night at a deserted village train station. I almost collapsed. After major genital surgery, such a journey is medically impossible and life-threatening. I imperatively need an ICE (high-speed train) ticket. But since I will only find out the discharge date 4 days in advance, the tickets will be extremely expensive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This daily fear for my future is choking me. This here is my absolute last hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How you can help me:</strong>
</div>
<div>I have nothing left that I could possibly do without. All I have left is the hope for a miracle.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I need your support for:</strong>
</div>
<div>Securing the essentials to survive the remaining preparation time (approx. €200)
</div>
<div>Medical aids, clinic stay equipment &amp; co-payments (approx. €500)
</div>
<div>A safe, pain-free ICE return journey after the major surgery without the risk of internal bleeding (approx. €100-150)
</div>
<div>Preserving my hairpiece (approx. €250)
</div>
<div>Saving my phone connection to prevent isolation and to remain capable of taking action (approx. €350)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every single euro saves a piece of my life and gives me back a piece of my quality of life. If you cannot give anything, sharing this link helps me immensely.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After all these years of pain, exclusion, and violence, I just want to finally be allowed to live. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you for your time, your empathy, and your help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In deep hope and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Your Luna
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>(Feel free to watch my attached video to see how tough the last few weeks of preparation have been.)
